If you’re not completely satisfied with the items that you have ordered from us, please return them within 14 days in a resalable condition and we will refund you (if items received are not resaleable we will not be able to issue a refund).
Decorate and party does not cover the cost of postage to return unwanted items if you would like to initiate a refund, please contact us at decorateandparty@outlook.com with the subject line 'return'.
If items are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please make contact with us at decorateandparty@outlook.com so we can arrange a refund/return label for you with the subject line 'faulty/damaged/wrongly supplied'.
Please ensure you return items with a copy of the conformation of returns email so we can ensure we can process your refund swiftly once they have been received back at decorate and party.
You or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense, and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail’s “Recorded Signed” service. You may like to opt for Royal Mail’s “Special Delivery” service if it is a valuable item.
