Making a Purchase
In order to purchase a product, simply browse through the online shopping facility. Click on the ‘Add To Basket’ icon next to your chosen product and the item will be put in your shopping basket (a running total is visible next to the shopping basket whilst you are shopping). Once you have finish shopping, click on ‘Checkout’. The products and total purchase price will appear and invite you to complete your payment and delivery details. All items shown on the website are subject to availability. In the event of any items not being available we will contact you to review your order.
If there is a pricing error and it is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably recognized by you as an error, we do not have to provide the Products to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Product prices include VAT. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the Products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
Making a Payment
All prices quoted are in British Pounds (sterling). We accept credit/debit card which are processed via the Square point of sale system.
Delivery
Postage and Packaging is detailed at the checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders asap, normally within one to two working days, but please allow 14 days for your item to reach you. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Please ensure that you provide accurate contact or delivery details to ensure timely delivery. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds
We aim to ensure you are happy with everything that you order, and we deliver.
If you’re not completely satisfied with the items that you have ordered from us, please return them within 14 days in a resalable condition and we will refund you (if items received are not resaleable we will not be able to issue a refund).
Decorate and party does not cover the cost of postage to return unwanted items if you would like to initiate a refund, please contact us at decorateandparty@outlook.comwith the subject line 'return'.
If items are faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied please make contact with us at decorateandparty@outlook.comso we can arrange a refund/return label for you with the subject line 'faulty/damaged/wrongly supplied'.
Please ensure you return items with a copy of the conformation of returns email so we can ensure we can process your refund swiftly once they have been received back at decorate and party.
You or your carrier are responsible for any returned goods until they reach us. Cost and Risk of return will be at your expense, and we strongly recommend that you receive proof of posting or use Royal Mail’s “Recorded Signed” service. You may like to opt for Royal Mail’s “Special Delivery” service if it is a valuable item.
